Nature of the Service

HEXA TALENTS is a company specialised in employment intermediation. This website provides a channel for job seekers to register their details, for establishments to submit hiring requests, and for anyone to contact our team.

Our role is to act as an intermediary between the job seeker and the employer. The employment relationship itself arises directly between those two parties, and we are not a party to the employment contract concluded between them.

In its current form the site provides no login accounts and no user dashboard; interaction takes place through the forms available on it and through our team.

Conditions of Use

This site is to be used for legitimate recruitment purposes only.

You are responsible for any data you submit through the site and for any use made through your device.

We reserve the right to refuse any submission, message or attachment that breaches these terms or appears unlawful, without that creating any obligation towards you.

Accuracy of Information

You undertake that all the information you enter is true, accurate and your own, and that you will update it if it changes.

Entering false or impersonated information may result in a submission being excluded without notice.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a user.

Use by Job Seekers

Registration and application are completely free for every Saudi job seeker, and we ask you for no payment at any stage of the recruitment process.

If anyone asks you for money in the name of HEXA TALENTS, please tell us immediately using the contact details below.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and of the qualifications and experience stated in it.

Applying Is Not a Guarantee of Employment

Registering your details or submitting an application through this site is not a guarantee of employment, and creates no obligation to hire you or to put you forward for any particular vacancy.

Nomination depends on how far your profile matches the requirements of the vacancy, and the final hiring decision rests with the employer alone.

We do not guarantee that vacancies will be available in any particular field or region, nor any specific timeframe for responding to submissions.

Use by Employers

The hiring-request form is available to establishments seeking to reach candidates suited to their vacancies.

Whoever submits a request confirms that they are authorised to represent the establishment in making it.

The information submitted is used solely to review the request and to nominate suitable candidates for it.

Establishment Responsibility for Hiring Requests

The establishment is responsible for the accuracy of the vacancy details it submits, including the job title, number of vacancies, required qualifications and work location.

The vacancy must be genuine and its terms must comply with the labour law in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

An establishment that receives candidate data is responsible for handling it for recruitment purposes only and for keeping it confidential.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site to submit false or impersonated information, or information belonging to another person without their permission.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that carries malicious software.

You may not attempt to breach or disrupt the site, or to gain unauthorised access to its data or systems.

You may not use automated tools to harvest data from the site or to submit forms repeatedly.

You may not use the site to promote services or offers unrelated to recruitment.

Protecting Your Information

When you submit a request through the site you receive a reference number used to track it. Please keep it and do not share it with anyone who does not need it.

We will never ask you for bank details or passwords by email or by phone.

If you receive anything you suspect is a message impersonating us, please contact us to verify it before responding.

Intellectual Property

All elements of this site, including its design, text, images, the HEXA TALENTS logo and its trade name, are owned by or licensed to the company.

None of these elements may be copied, republished or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Using the site grants you no rights in these elements.

Files You Upload

Ownership of the CV or job description you upload remains yours.

By uploading a file you grant us the right to use it within the recruitment process, including sharing it with prospective employers connected to your submission, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to share the file and the data it contains.

The site accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX formats within the maximum size stated on the form; files that do not comply may be rejected automatically.

External Links

The site may contain links to websites operated by other parties; these links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for anything arising from your use of them; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its information correct, without warranting that it will be free of interruption or error at all times.
